Mr. Yoshida is very helpful and very professional. He went above & beyond his duties, patiently communicating with my husband who is out of the country to instruct and explained him regarding the documents needed to be presented to the Embassy. And above all, it was on a very short notice! He did his best for us. He is reliable, with friendly office assistant and his office is easy to locate. Thank you so much Mr. Yoshida. Curtis is an Amazing Notary and a true Professional. He has helped my clients in several mortgage transactions and he has always been extremely helpful, very diligent and a joy to work with for all my clients and for me. The fact that he is available on Saturdays makes it super convenient for clients to meet him and his availability on short notice is something that is greatly appreciated especially with Overseas transactions where one of the 2 parties has to visit a Canadian Embassy to notarize documents. I would highly recommend Curtis for any Purchase or Refinance as he always exceeds expectations!!!!!!!
