 We found Jones Immigration Law after some research and met with Christy before going ahead with our PR application. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly the service we received from Andrea and Christy and the whole team was exemplary. We communicated mostly via email and responses were always timely and our application would not have been nearly as detailed had we done it ourselves. We did have some prior issues with Canada Immigration and so were apprehensive about the process and outcome. Andrea guided us step by step and reassured us when needed. She prepared a comprehensive application package overall and was really helpful dealing with CIC when they did not spell my name 100% correctly on my final papers and new ones had to be issued quickly.
