We had three Real Estate transactions each of which had its difficulties. It was chaotic and frustrating to say the least. However, Robert dealt with them in a knowledgeable, professional, and competent manner.
Robert is an astute and diligent lawyer. He picked-up on vendor's mistake in the registration of our Condo Units (which was overlooked by all of the other vendor/condo lawyers). This would/could have caused much problems and grief, for owners, at a later date. Not only did this prevent major difficulties for us, but also for all of the other owners.
