FOREWORD: I am copying and pasting this review as my brother has been having issues with being able to post his review and really wanted to ensure his experience was documented as a review. Therefore, this review is posted on his behalf.

First, I need the reader to understand that 5 stars is very rare for me to give. I take ratings seriously and typically rate establishments harder then most to give the reader the best, and most accurate knowledge of the experience.
The reason I gave 5 stars to Worobec Law is as follows,
I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure to deal with plenty of lawyers in the past. For particular reasons I decided to search out a new firm for a case. After some research and recommendations I had decided to go with this firm. I know for most ( and for me as well) picking a firm is hard and picking a lawyer can be stressful in itself. However, it did not take long to see why there were so many positive reviews. Our lawyer Ali was an excellent representation of everything a lawyer should be. He was understanding, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, determined and empathetic to our situation. Typically when you have someone that good off the bat you get that used car salesperson suspicion, though this was quickly put to rest as conversations continued. Ali's maturity and welcoming nature provided not only a safe atmosphere for us to go to but he, with reasoning and knowledge, put a lot of our anxiety and stress to rest. Regardless of anyone's outcome with a case, it is safe to say that Ali would be the person to handle it to the best of his ability. I'm certain any customer with basic ability for discernment would be at ease at this law firm and Ali's capable hands. I also want to highlight another important point. Any employee who is loyal to his employer (in this case firm) is a representation of his boss or in this case owner of the firm. Although I haven't met the owner, I can say with confidence, that by seeing how everyone's energy is at that office, the owner is one hell of a person. I've always said that an army is as good as the general and it seems the owner knows how to treat his employees. The front end staff are great to deal with. Kind, polite and attentive. I want to extend an enormous kudos to the owner for having such a well oiled machine at his hands and I can only imagine the amount of work he did to get it that way. A huge thank you to EVERYONE at that office. Keep it up. The world needs more customer service in this sector and the bar to reach is Worobec Law. (pun intended)
Some additional notes:
Location is actually ideal. Located on the fringe of Sherwood park it has easy access from Henday which puts it in a nice spot no matter where in town you are and regardless of traffic, quite accessible.
Office atmosphere is clean and has a unique welcoming feel to it.
Staff and service has already been covered above
Room for improvement is probably marketing. I have never heard of this firm before and don't know if the owner wants to keep it low key, however, it wouldn't hurt to advertise some more. Get ready for shameless plug in 3...2...1..
My sister owns Schif And The City and I'd be more then happy to ensure you get a great deal for any marketing or website etc.. needs!
Overall 5 stars. Again, Thank you!
