I have used Barry as my lawyer for 2 real estate purchases so far and I can honestly say he is all round amazing! He really is a pleasure to work with. I have known Barry for several years and not only is he a great lawyer but he's truly a nice guy. There is nothing pretentious about him, he's down to earth and a pleasure to deal with along with a great sense of humour. We have done several Real Estate transactions and other legal matters too. Cecila is great too and is very competent. I wish I had met Barry even sooner as it would have saved me much grief dealing with legal transactions elsewhere in the past. Excellent lawyer!! He was with us every step of our nightmare of a closing, everything that could go wrong went wrong but Barry made sure we understood each of our legal options and advised us in every detail. Closing two houses on the same day is stressful and things can go wrong an experienced lawyer is key to get things done. I would recommend him to anyone!
