 After dealing with my Mom's lawyer for almost a month with no phone calls or emails returned and the probate process not started I needed to change lawyers. The decision to go to Brechin & Huffman was the best decision I could have made. I took all the information required to prepare the probate documentation and handed it over to Jody. Jody was wonderful to deal with. At the same time I was introduced to Greg Brechin and explained a situation I had with my Mom's condo - he investigated and had a response to me within a day and a half.
