John Fraser Mann was nice and helpful! I was trying to get a document notarized for a sweepstakes winning. I called multiple law offices and they were trying to charge a hefty fee for a few minutes of their time but luckily I found John who works in my office building and he had no problems stamping and signing off on my document! I would definitely go to him if I need legal advice in the future!!
