Alex and his team worked with my partner and I to purchase our first home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under extraordinary circumstances, he was friendly, professional, and always open to our questions. I particularly appreciated that he would provide answers to the best of his knowledge, and if it wasn't his area of expertise, he would reach out to the right person to ask - for example, we had questions about how property tax would be paid, and he contacted our mortgage broker and mortgagee to make sure our question was answered fully.
