 A lot of these votes seem to be from people who work here. I can provide some input from a customer perspective. Genetec is hands down the best video management system on the market. They're also pretty darn great in the access control realm. I'm able to troubleshoot any issues 90% of the time myself because it is usually clear what is going on, or the software gives you the tools you need to do it. The other 10% of the time my issues get escalated really quick and I talk to an engineer in a pretty short time period. I currently manage a distributed 1,200 camera setup and it works great. I couldn't imagine doing this with some of the other vendors I've used in the past in my MSP days.

 It seems to be a good software and artificial intelligence company. Just visited as first introductory to their business model, we haven't deal yet with them on real project but they seem to meet many requirement to do so.
