The entire module prepared in such a way, following the link and tab button as shown in the module, any person can learn the concept very easily. Directions are easy to follow and videos are very productive to pick up. It's a very productive tool of learning.
Wow!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Unica and David C., their representative. It was my first time filing a claim under my home policy and I did not know what to expect. Regrettably we came back from vacation to find out our basement was flooded. The emergency was impeccably and quickly handled by Unica. Also their customer service, support and advice through the whole process from the time we contacted them to make a claim to the end of the process having the whole situation fixed was outstanding.
