 Was referred to this firm by my paralegal (Legaci P.I.) who was working on my other case, when i set the appointment with Faranaz (owner and the actual lawyer who worked on my case) she thoroughly explained how is everything is gonna go dow and what to expect, after that i didn't really hear much from them and was thinking whats happening with my case. Nevertheless they actually work hard on my file and i could clearly see it when we meet before and at mediations. She and her assistant would clearly explain what I need to do what to say and what to expect at the whole procedure. They do take they're time with clients when its necessary. I heard some people would complain that they never answer the phones or call back but people have to understand that they have other people to take care, dont be so selfish and be patient, the whole process takes a lot of time.
