Home Trust has a niche specialized mortgage market. During the pandemic, some lenders deferred or would not fund or wanted a general delay. It has been a few years since I sent a file into Home Trust until a few weeks ago and I have to say that I was really impressed by the Underwriting Team and how fast they reviewed and updated all the conditions! I will definitely send more customers their way!
