We were recommend to go to Jonathan and if you live in Guelph, you will soon find out he is highly regarded among his peers, even when they are sitting on opposite sides. My best advice for anyone in a difficult custody situation is to keep detailed records of everything. Be completely upfront and honest with the facts of your situation and then fully trust Jonathan to do the best he can with your case. We were very fortunate in the outcome and while I know this is not always how things turn out, you want to have the best lawyer possible in your corner. He is very good at keeping you on track with the goals and not getting caught up the drama that custody cases can carry with them. My family and I are forever grateful for Jonathan's confident, intelligent and calm presence.

 Jonathan Krashinsky represented me in a family court matter and was fabulous. He is very blunt and upfront about what to expect and what is within the realm of reasonability. A lot of the negative reviews I have read seem to be tied to his blunt attitude. Just a friendly reminder that he is a lawyer not a friend nor a therapist. His job is to navigate the law (which he does flawlessly). He always took the time to allow me to ask all of my questions and not feel rushed in our appointments. This is perhaps why he sometimes runs a tad late. In my opinion, he’s worth waiting for! Truthfully, don’t you want a lawyer who will extend you the courtesy of answering all of your legal questions instead of cutting you off because they may be late to their next appointment? Kelly is also great and she was fantastic at responding quickly to clarify any questions I had throughout the process. Overall, I felt in control of my case and Jonathan advised both intelligently and in a respectful way. It’s also probably worth noting that my case was very complicated and the outcome was hard to predict. I spoke with other lawyers prior to Jonathan and none compared.

 David took time to meet with me on the weekend to deal with a severance and his knowledge and advice doubled package former employer was offering. Promptly responds to messages, questions. ????. Great job!
