 My wife and I were recently in the market for a new SUV and the whole process took awhile, but when we walked in DAMS we were greeted by the Manager on Duty, Josh, who was great and worked with us and asked questions to figure out what we were looking for in a car. At no point did my wife or I feel pushed to make a decision. We came back the following night and were set up with Richard, who was excellent. Richard went above and beyond from start to finish. He even stayed well after close to ensure that we had all of our questions answered. We were ale to complete the sale for a 2017 Ford Escape within 3 days and we have Richard to thank for that. Well done Richard/Josh. We will definitely be returning customers.

 Left there this morning, and had a really good experience with a service counter rep named Greg. It seems in these times of COVID-19, good customer service is few and bar between because everyone is so stressed and uptight. Greg was super patient and informative. He took his time with me, and we discussed the issue I was having with my truck and if it was worth me bringing it in for service. He really put my mind at ease, gave me expert advice, and made me feel no sales pressure. I am generally skeptical of service at larger dealerships like this, but I will be back in the future, mainly due to this experience.

 Recent warranty fix processed quickly with a minimum of fuss. Good people to work with in a family run dealership. Recommend them for your next new or used Ford or Lincoln. Kudos to Craig and Chelsea.
