I had a very challenging real estate issue to resolve between my parents who are both in their late 80's and have been divorced for over 40 years. My mother has Alzheimer's. I was seen by Amanda Dale and from our initial consultations I was impressed by her ability to drill down to find out what the issue was and what would be the correct and fair resolution. Her amazing attention to detail combined to her ability to keep all parties moving forward resulted in a resolution that was timely and relatively stress free. We dealt with Shana for the closing of our dad's place. It was not a straight forward closing. He owned a mobile home on leased land. I felt very comfortable dealing with Shana as she was extremely knowledgeable, a keen eye to detail, very responsive and very creative with ways to deal with the various transactions during this pandemic.
