 People really need to learn the difference between the builder and property management. A number of people reviewing ONNI are actually complaining about their property manager and the way their condo building is run. In any case . . . my husband and I bought directly from ONNI in 2015, after our building had been built and registered. We have had a very positive experience, from sales, to customer service, to addressing any post-purchase issues. We have had friends who live in non-ONNI buildings in our area comment on the quality of build in our unit. We don't hear any sound from neighbouring units, and rarely encounter issues with the elevators. We are grateful that we bought from ONNI, and would consider buying from ONNI again in the future.
