We have been client with them for 12 years (in Alberta and now Quebec( and they still have the best rates. I shop for insurance yearly to make sure and I never got better elsewhere. I made a claim about 5 years ago and it was not so complicated. Customer service always been good for me. If people are posting negative reviews because of covid19 situation, it is not fair to them. Everywhere you call you get longer wait time.
