 Being a retired university professor and graduate of University de Montreal, I cannot conceive of anyone putting a child in danger of Covid-19 in a classroom by opening day-care centres and elementary schools at the date suggested by the Government of Quebec. This does not display a concern for teachers, bus drivers who are mostly senior citizens, nor students. Before re-opening any schools or day-care centres our first concern should be to decrease the number of new cases in our Senior Citizen homes throughout the province. Let's not make matters worse by opening schools and day-care centres. If we have an outbreak there we cannot call in the armed forces to help solve our new problems.
