 My Dad retired to this town and gifted me a vehicle. I didn't understand that I required a notarized statement until I went back to my own province. I contacted Mr. Baker who drove to my Dads place and got the statement, and emailed it to me. When I asked about payment, he said this is what we do in small towns and there was no charge.  We needed a new lawyer as our has retired, particularly today to get items notarized. We were able to go in today, and they kindly notarized 4 items at no charge. That's great local service, and we will use Adam Baker again for future legal matters.
