 The decor here may leave something to be desired, but the brunches are amazing. The food is always high quality, and there is so much selection that everyone can find lots to eat. They also do well catering to food allergies/sensitivities. And they have some kind of gluten free certification (not sure exactly what it's called). Best buffet brunches in the city for sure.

 Delicious chicken. Kitchen was closing in five minutes and they let a family come in and order and eat a meal. Great! That is great service.

 Clean guest rooms... Excellent friendly Staff... lovely bar and restaurant too.. worth every penny spent!

 Very friendly front desk staff. Nice renovated rooms always nice and clean. Housekeeping staff passing in hallways always smiling and saying good morning, hello, have a great day. Will only stay here anytime I am in Edmonton

 I stayed here during a tough time in my life. It was comfortable, but I found the service erratic - depended on who was working the dining room. The first night I was there was buffet night. Good food, and reasonable priced considering it was prime rib - the dining room was packed. Unfortunately, as a single senior female diner, I didn't get good service from the waitress. She was more interested in chatting up her former countrymen. The next 2 nights were quiet, and since the dining room was fairly quiet and the other waitress was not there I got attention. I did notice that they advertised happy hour prices on one of their beers, which was not reflected on my bill. When I inquired about this, I was told that that was no longer in effect. (So change the menu or honour it!)
