BC College of Pharmacists are exemplary regarding the high quality of service of investigation when a complaint is made. They leave no stone unturned. I admire the quality of integrity and fairness they have and also providing detailed infomation and answers to the questions I raised. They have provided exemplary community service to ensure public health and safety. Without the College of Pharmacists assisting me an incorrect pharmacy document entered into my medical chart on October 14, 2014 that led to incorrect medical treatment with medication being prescribed on October 22, 2014 in the Kaslo BC ER it would never have been addressed or corrected. Through their investigation the errors and mistakes of what happened were addressed. The College of Pharmacists has the highest ethical standards in the province of BC and you can be guaranteed that they will investigate and take their time turning over every stone over if necessary to ensure public health, safety and security. Thankyou College of Pharmacists for assisting me. Depending where you are living in BC pertains to what Health authority organisation that owns your medical documents. A map is included. the Encounter notes wriiten by Dr Ben Allen were the basis of the ban from all clinics in kaslo BC. October 7, 8 and November 26, 2014 encounter notes that overlap to the October 14, 2014 entry. These encounter notes were not corrected under Section 28 of FIPPA rulings by the Interior Heath authority organization. There is no confirmation from Interior health that the incorrect pharmacy document of October 14, 2014 entered into my medical chart submitted by Kaslo Community Pharmacy that led to an injection of an antipsychotic drug for a tension headache in the ER is corrected. The October 14, 2014 pharmacy document was after a thorough investigatin by the College of Pharmacists found out to be an incorrect document. proven that I did not obtain a large quantity of ketorolac in a short periond of time from the kaslo community Pharmacy prior to October 22, 2014 ER which was the basis of the doctors reasoning for the antipychotic drug that was injected.
