There were several delays on the sellers end spanning months, and Sam (and his assistant Deborah) was there for me every step of the way. I was new to this and required so much attention and it didn't phase these two professionals one bit! On my second transaction, the choice for a lawyer was obvious - Sam. Sam is friendly, yet to the point - refreshing in a world of fluff. Our encounters lasted no time at all, and he is sure to detail every important point without adding unnecessary chatter.
