Murray Hart

Murray is a member of the real estate team and acts on commercial real estate projects. He has depth of experience in essentially all facets of real property law serving a wide range of clients. Murray guides his residential builder clients through their development projects from land acquisition to registration of the subdivision corporation to final closings.

Murray is a member of the commercial leasing group, where he regularly advises landlords and tenants of institutional, office, shopping centre and industrial properties. His services include structuring and documentation for all types of leases, negotiating ground leases, structuring of joint ventures, and advising on financial matters.

Murray is the Managing Partner of GSNH LLP, and with the management team creates the firm’s future vision, endeavouring to support, motivate and inspire lawyers and staff to engage with the vision. Murray works to grow the firm through a robust lateral hiring program and the development of young associates.
