Anouk S. Crawford

As a litigator, Anouk remains open to opportunities that will help you reach a conclusion without the need for court. If court is necessary, Anouk and her team work tirelessly to prepare your case and vigorously defend your position.

Anouk began mediating in 2006 and has significant experience working with families, educating them about family law and working with them through the challenge of creating a family structure that best supports their children. She also has significant experience working with parties to determine complex property division, spousal support and mobility issues. She is regularly called on to mediate throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Anouk has significant experience working with families coping with depression, anger and the struggles of high-conflict separation. Her focus is on helping clients untangle their unresolved family law matters in a manner that is safe and responsible for the client.

Anouk’s professional style has been described as practical, no non-sense, educational and respectful.

Anouk has a passion for community involvement, believing that great communities are created and sustained by active involvement. For several years she has been a member of the Public Safety Advisory Committee for the City of Chilliwack. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Chilliwack Chamber of Music. She has a passion for her family, her dog Coffee, art, the symphony, bright colours and an eternal hope that she will one day grow a respectable garden.
