As a freelance lawyer, I assist other lawyers and law firms with legal research, as well as support, advice, and analysis, both orally and in writing. I draft, review, and revise statements of claim, negotiation documents and agreements, trust agreements, legislation, letters, memoranda, legal opinions, legal texts and articles, legal documents, such as affidavits and pleadings, legal content marketing, such as blog posts and columns, and other documents. I also provide litigation support, including trial and motion preparation, document review, jurisprudence review and summaries, as well as project management and the coordination of legal projects.

I am fully insured through LawPro and am at full fee status with the Law Society of Ontario.
