I went to James H. Brown after I was t-boned in a car accident. As soon as I contacted their office, I was put in contact with August Locke. That was when I knew I had made the right decision in calling them first. August proved to be a hardworking and caring person, as I coped with the fallout of my accident. He didn't treat me as another case but as a person who needed help and guidance. First of all, very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk into the office by all the employee's I had the pleasure of interacting with. My father just finished an insurance settlement through Rick and was more than ecstatic about his profitable return.
